About this role
Role Overview
Drive sales of Ocuco’s SaaS solutions to enterprise and small-to-medium-sized eyecare chains
Develop and execute strategic account plans to win new business and expand existing relationships
Create detailed sales proposals and quotes for customers and prospects
Record and manage all sales activities in Salesforce
Maintain an accurate and transparent sales pipeline
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with enterprise customers
Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Development teams
Represent Ocuco at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
Requirements
A degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales within North America
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of IT systems, with experience in troubleshooting or documenting customer requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to learn new technologies quickly
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
