Conduct comprehensive operational maturity assessments at production sites to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
Develop, implement and monitor a company-wide OPEX roadmap and site-specific action plans aligned with corporate strategy
Lead high-impact transformation projects in close collaboration with plant management to deliver measurable results and quick wins
Analyze OEE and other key performance indicators to identify trends and root causes and to enable data-driven decisions
Provide hands-on support for implementation and coaching on OPEX methods (e.g., VSM, SMED, Shop Floor Management), tailored to plastic film processing
Standardize OPEX methods and KPIs across the Group to ensure consistent performance management
Design and deliver practical training and workshops to build OPEX capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan to drive adoption of new processes and sustain improvement initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
Solid practical knowledge of OPEX methods (e.g., Value Stream Mapping/Design, SMED, Shop Floor Management, 5S, Root Cause Analysis) and a proven track record of improving metrics, particularly OEE
Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., Black Belt) or Lean Trainer certification strongly preferred
Exceptional leadership, communication and influencing skills to engage and motivate stakeholders at all levels
Strong change management skills with a pragmatic, people-centered approach
Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable, sustainable results
Excellent teamwork skills and experience collaborating effectively across functions and cultures in a global company
Strategic thinker with the ability to dive into details to ensure successful implementation
Fluent in English required; additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage
Proven success in leading Operational Excellence transformations in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the process or plastics industry
