Drive the design, execution, and sustainability of the Operational Excellence (OE) program at site level, translating global OE strategy and standards into measurable local impact
Own the site OE roadmap and improvement portfolio, leading cross-functional initiatives to deliver results in productivity, quality, safety, cost, and delivery
Build OE capability and culture through coaching, mentoring, and change leadership
engaging employees at all levels, drive governance and development of local OE champions network
Ensure disciplined performance tracking, benefits transparency, and compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards
Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership and a key interface to the Global OE organization, sharing best practices and fostering innovation
Requirements
University degree (Master/PhD/MBA preferred) in Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
10+ years’ experience in Operational Excellence, process improvement, or manufacturing management, ideally in CDMO/CMO, chemical or pharmaceutical environments
Proven track record in leading large-scale OE transformation initiatives with measurable, sustained business impact
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (Black Belt preferred); strong expertise in continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and motivate at all levels
Fluency in English (C1) and German (C1) is mandatory.
