Advising and supporting development projects in the automotive domain
Assisting with the implementation and improvement of ASPICE-compliant development processes
Contributing to topics related to Functional Safety (FuSa) and quality in product development
Analyzing and optimizing development and engineering processes
Conducting workshops and providing project support for customers
Collaborating with international teams and colleagues from QMH Asia
Supporting technical special projects and series launches

Degree (if applicable) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field
Experience in automotive development or technical projects
Interest in or experience with ASPICE, Functional Safety, or development processes
Analytical thinking and a structured working style
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Very good German and good English skills
