Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations
Manage the entire sales cycle from initiation to closing
Maintain active relationships with clients in the portfolio
Update reports and records in the CRM
Requirements
Proven experience in consultative sales or laboratory sales preferred
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields)
Strong negotiation and communication skills and a results-oriented approach
Availability to travel and attend events
Benefits
Monday to Friday work schedule from 08:00 to 17:30 (Starts on-site with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement after training/once experience is gained)
