About this role

Implementation and further development of integrated management systems (IMS)
Advising companies on the implementation of standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 50001
Conducting gap analyses, internal audits, and certification preparations
Developing practical processes, documentation, and system structures
Facilitating workshops and training for technical staff and management
Supporting companies from project start through successful certification
Collaborating with colleagues from consulting, sales, and project management

Degree in engineering, natural sciences, business, or a comparable qualification
Experience implementing or supporting management systems
Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 50001)
Experience with audits, process management, and documentation systems
Structured working style and strong consulting skills
Very good German language skills
Willingness to travel within the DACH region
