Role Overview
- Responsible for the end-to-end sales funnel
- Structuring and managing the process (Lead → Qualification → Demo/Pitch → Close)
- Handling qualified warm leads
- Analyzing conversion rates, drop-offs, and sales cycles
- Planning and allocating required resources
- Implementing simple, reliable sales routines
- Close collaboration with VP Operations, CEO, and the product team
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, or highly motivated with a fast learning curve
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and sales motions
- Ability to systematically drive and manage revenue
- Work in a data-driven, structured way
- Ability to clearly explain and prioritize complex issues
- Take ownership and work independently
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
