About this role
Role Overview
Ensure economical, efficient plant operations while complying with HSE and GMP requirements
Responsible for maintenance strategy and planning of assigned equipment and systems
Troubleshooting and fault resolution on technical equipment
Handling deviations and B2/B4 notifications in the CMMS
Creation and maintenance of MOC (Management of Change) documents
Organize, execute and supervise all maintenance activities
Budget control and ensuring availability of necessary spare parts
Responsible for CMMS master data and GMP-compliant documentation
Develop and implement KPIs and promote Good Housekeeping
Lead small to medium projects from concept to qualification (URS, IQ, OQ)
Identify technical weaknesses, standardize and implement improvements
Manage internal/external service providers and work closely with Production, QA, HSE and Planning
Requirements
Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Utilities Engineering, certified Technician or equivalent
General knowledge of the design, construction, operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical facilities
Knowledge of process control systems, automation and equipment qualification
Significant experience in a GMP-regulated environment
Analytical thinking, hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills
Team player with clear, effective communication skills
Assertive and able to act decisively in demanding situations
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
Experience with CMMS systems
