Manage and oversee the sales activities of the Modern Work and Dynamics 365 teams, including setting and tracking sales targets, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase market share, customer retention, and profitability.
Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills, performance, and career development.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities, challenges, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with Sherweb's policies, procedures, and values.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cloud solutions or software industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Strong knowledge of Microsoft's Modern Work and Dynamics 365 products and services
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote environment
Ability to travel occasionally as required.
