Discovery and qualification of leads
Designing a great customer journey from first contact through post-close
A lot of communication with prospects, customers and partners
Participation in trade shows and events to actively acquire new customers
Building and maintaining a network with suppliers connected to our customers
Close collaboration with PreSales, Marketing, executive management and the other Sales Managers on the team
Providing market feedback to help further develop our solutions and processes
Documenting all activities in our CRM system

Some initial experience in sales or a strong desire to start a career in this field
Enjoy communicating—whether by phone, email, online or in person
Curiosity and willingness to learn, to master Value-Based Selling with us from the ground up or to expand your existing knowledge
Team player: you enjoy working closely with PreSales, Marketing and Sales
Analytical thinking to quickly identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
Self-initiative, strong organizational skills and a willingness to take on responsibility
Experience in the construction industry is helpful but not required—we will teach you everything you need
Affinity for and interest in complex software products and the willingness to get up to speed quickly in our proprietary IDA CRM
