Tailor content strategies specifically for TikTok (hooks/trends), Instagram (Reels/aesthetics), and YouTube (long-form/SEO).
Identify emerging cultural moments and rapidly develop brand-relevant takes.
Utilize CapCut, Canva, and AI tools to edit video/image assets and repurpose content across platforms.
Review channel analytics monthly to sharpen creative strategy and improve ROI.
Source, vet, and recruit influencers (micro to macro) and UGC creators across all major platforms.
Manage the creator database, negotiate contracts, and handle outreach via Shopify Collabs and TikTok Affiliates.
Provide clear campaign objectives and brand guidelines to creators; review and approve all content prior to go-live.
Collaborate with the ad agency to identify and scale top-performing creator assets for paid media.
Optimize TikTok Shop listings (titles, descriptions, pricing) and monitor real-time analytics to drive conversions.
Manage commission-based sellers and implement promotional events and ad integrations.
Oversee daily posting schedules and maintain the brand voice across DMs, comments, and mentions.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to draft SEO-optimized blog posts and product roundups.
Refine AI-generated drafts for brand voice and publish content directly to Shopify or WordPress.
Requirements
English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
2 to 8 years of experience with Social Media and Content creation.
Desired tools: TikTok Creator Marketplace, Instagram Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, ChatGPT, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
