Shape the commercial relationship: act entrepreneurially within Tacto, take full ownership of customer relationships, and drive commercial expansion in close collaboration with our sales team.
Shape procurement strategies: work with customers to optimize their procurement functions, leveraging insights and best practices.
Deliver tangible cost savings: collaborate closely with customers to identify and realize significant savings and efficiency gains.
Be the voice of the customer: develop a deep understanding of our software and work closely with the product and engineering teams to represent customer needs and influence the product roadmap and innovation priorities.
Become AI-native: proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate your work and share successful workflows — contributing to Tacto’s culture of speed and innovation.
Requirements
Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of building initiatives from the ground up with a hands‑on approach.
Analytical, data-driven working style, using insights to identify tangible savings and measurable value for customers.
Experience working closely with customers, ideally from a (strategy) consulting background.
Experience or a strong interest in industrial manufacturing, supply chain management, or procurement.
Passion for digitizing organizations and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German, enabling confident engagement with complex stakeholder environments, including C-level executives, and the ability to articulate clear value propositions.
