Play a foundational role in designing, developing, and maintaining our banking core platform.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate our vision into a tangible product.
Develop secure, clean, reliable, thoroughly tested, well-documented code across the backend tech stack, including the infrastructure.
Define and implement best practices and strategies regarding application development from scratch, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Prototype quickly but also focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
Proactively monitor, identify, and resolve issues in our product environment to ensure our system runs securely and reliably.
Work with people across time zones and regions effectively.

5+ years of professional experience in software development, with hands-on expertise in end-to-end backend development, including API development and database design.
Proven experience with popular frameworks; Node.js or comparable is a plus.
Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
A technology and language stack-agnostic mindset with the versatility to quickly adapt and learn.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Passion for deep involvement in product development.
Strong empathy for our customers and a user-centric mindset and a fervent passion for elevating user experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse team and stakeholders.
Experience or strong desire to work in early-stage startup environments.
Prior fintech industry experience.
