Security, performance & automation – Operation of load-balancing and security systems, network management, as well as automation and virtualization on routing, switching and UC infrastructure.
Project responsibility & continuous improvement – Leading infrastructure projects and continuously optimizing the existing network and UC environment.

Technical background & infrastructure know-how – IT qualification with solid knowledge of network and/or UC technologies (voice, video, messaging), including experience with Windows and Linux systems.
Hands-on skills & operational competence – Confident use of CLI and scripting; ideally additional experience with storage/storage switching and an understanding of IT security topics.
Working style & personal qualities – Independent, precise working style, strong problem-solving skills, team player with very good German and English language skills.
