Build test strategy & organization – select test methods, tools, and test environments, and establish a modern test organization including automation and reporting.
Manage & coordinate quality assurance – align test specification, automation, and execution, and advise stakeholders on software quality and testing measures.
Ensure transparency & enablement – produce audience-specific quality reports and deliver training on test methods, tools, and processes.

Solid technical background – completed IT education and professional experience in software testing, test management, and test design, including agile and traditional development models.
Method & tool competence – experience with test management tools, ideally ISTQB certification (or willingness to obtain it), and a structured working approach in the quality domain.
Strong communication & advisory skills – confident stakeholder presence, facilitation skills, team orientation, and very good German and English language skills.
