About this role
Role Overview
- Manage and prioritize business application requests, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and global governance;
- Coordinate the lifecycle of requests, incidents, and improvements, acting as a liaison between business areas, support, and Operations & Maintenance;
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and partner performance; lead review meetings and keep the backlog updated and visible to leadership;
- Promote continuous improvement, cost reduction, modernization, and standardization of service management practices;
- Strengthen the role of the IT Center of Excellence (CoE), fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on skills development and training;
- Serve as an SAP S/4HANA + BTP + integrations architect.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field;
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and demand management;
- Knowledge and experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA;
- Familiarity with ITSM concepts and tools (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow);
- Experience with outsourced support models and global teams;
- Advanced English (desired); French is a plus;
- Experience in leading and developing high-performance teams.
