CACI is seeking a highly skilled Business/Systems Analyst with experience supporting custom software development in an Agile/Scrum environment. The role involves capturing, analyzing, and managing functional and non-functional systems requirements, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Under minimal direction, collaborate with customer stakeholders to define and document customer stakeholder business needs
- Develop and clarify customer stakeholder requirements to enable Development Team design, development and test activities
- Develop, document and maintain customer stakeholder requirements as user stories in product backlogs
- Serve as the primary focal point between the customer stakeholders and the Development Team
- Become an expert on managed applications to facilitate an understanding of future product needs
Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience
- Active DOD Secret clearance
- Ability to develop business processes, capability needs, business requirements and business information models
- Ability to translate and decompose business needs into multiple layers of requirements/user stories
- Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to gather pertinent information
- Working knowledge of all elements of software development life cycle processes
- Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
- Strong skills with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand, work with and shape the vision of customers and stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Comfortable working with a diverse set of contractors and customer personnel
- Ability to work both independently and with a team to resolve problems
- A self-starter who will seize and maintain the initiative in ambiguous situations
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and propose new and innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Experience using Azure DevOps (also known as Microsoft Team Foundation Server
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification
- Experience working with the US Navy, specifically, Navy Reserve Forces Command
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems, Business Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
