About this role

Advanced proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and servers.
Expertise in network configurations (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VLAN), including architecture, security, and optimization.
Ability to administer and optimize Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
In-depth knowledge of information security, including policy implementation, intrusion prevention, access management, and backup routines.
Solid understanding of hardware, including specification, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with productivity tools and systems, such as ERPs and other business-critical applications.
Familiarity with internal standards and procedures, ensuring compliance and process standardization.
Strong understanding of backup systems and file retention.
Fluency in technical English for research and documentation reading.

Pursuing or holding a higher education or technical degree in Information Technology or related fields.
Previous experience working as an IT professional.
Verbal fluency and strong written communication skills.
Preferred: customer-facing / client service experience.
