Build and nurture pipelines of qualified talent using various channels and attraction strategies, including active sourcing/hunting;
Conduct end-to-end selection processes, ensuring efficiency, hiring quality, and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers;
Screen and perform initial evaluations of profiles, identifying technical and behavioral fit for positions;
Administer early stages of the selection process, including tests and structured assessments;
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, contributing to data-driven decision-making;
Partner with Business Partners and leadership to understand hiring needs and support team growth strategies;
Take initiative to drive continuous improvements in processes, tools, and the operational efficiency of the Recruitment team.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
2+ years of experience in recruitment and selection;
Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, preferably in technology scale-ups or SaaS companies;
Clear, structured, and assertive communication (verbal and written);
Agile, organized, and results-oriented profile;
Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously in dynamic environments;
Availability to work on-site 4 days per week in São Leopoldo, RS (Brazil).
