We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Store Manager to take our store in Watergardens to the next level!
This is a maternity leave cover role while our current Manager takes time off to welcome a new family member.
The role will begin as a 12-month contract, with the opportunity to explore other exciting management roles at the end of the contract once she returns to work.
This is a role that calls for an experienced leader – someone confident managing a big store, leading from the front, and driving performance in a high-volume environment.
Leading a DREAMTEAM of around 10–12, you’ll bring strength in coaching, operational excellence, and team development, while delivering AMAZING customer experiences at pace.
With clear pathways to continue growing within the business, this role offers both challenge and long-term opportunity.
