Requirements
6-8+ years of startup or high growth tech company experience in a recruiting role.
Deep hands-on experience building world-class technical and/or non-technical teams
A history of creating and sustaining a top-1% global talent bar
Evidence of good judgment about people and the ability to replicate that in others
Preference for people with deep experience in crypto or fintech
