Help prepare our design system for emerging AI-assisted workflows by improving component structure, naming conventions, tokens, and documentation.
Experiment with emerging AI-powered design and development tools to understand how they can support design-to-code workflows.
Work closely with product designers and front-end developers to ensure design system components align with implementation.
Audit and refine existing design system components and patterns to improve consistency, scalability, and usability for designers and developers.
Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Enrolled in a graduate program in design, HCI, or Computer Science.
Basic front-end coding skills and understanding of design systems.
Experience using Figma.
Ability to take ownership of work and drive projects forward independently.
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Commitment to working 20 hours per week during the summer.

Benefits
Our compensation policy ensures a minimum of $15/hour or the legally required local minimum wage, whichever is greater, to maintain fairness across regions.
