Requirements
- 5+ years of people management and leadership experience
- Experience with turning complex problems into simple customer experiences
- Strong user and business acumen
- Agility and perpetual learning
- Experience working in large teams
- Expertise in problem framing from the customers’ point of view
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience designing accessible interfaces and understanding of WCAG conformance criteria (preferred)
- Accessibility certifications (preferred)
