Partner with functions to map current workflows, identify friction, and re-imagine “AI-first” operating models; prioritise high-impact opportunities based on feasibility, and measure results
Build and ship AI-enabled workflows and automations end-to-end (from discovery and prototyping through to production rollout)
Orchestrate third-party tools and internal systems to build reliable multi-step workflows (e.g. across CRM, support tooling, knowledge base, analytics, internal data), using APIs and coding where required
Build agentic / multi-step workflows with appropriate guardrails, observability, and cost controls to ensure quality, safety, and scalability
Create reusable patterns (templates, playbooks, standards) so successful solutions can be replicated across teams rather than remaining one-offs
Drive adoption through onboarding, training, and lightweight change management so new workflows become the default way teams operate
Build internal capability: establish a “build culture” so teams can self-serve on less technical AI workflows. Create templates, playbooks and examples; run practical training; and coach champions within functions to adopt and extend what you build
Stay current on applied AI and workflow automation, translating what’s new into pragmatic improvements for Easol (not experimentation for its own sake)
Most work is likely to be project work, where you work on a clear internal roadmap to drive forward internal capability
Requirements
Technical builder mindset (tools-first, code-capable): You can design and ship workflows using modern AI and automation tools, and you’re comfortable going beyond “out of the box” (APIs, integrations, scripting) to make solutions reliable and scalable. You don’t need to be an ML researcher, but you do need strong technical fluency. You likely have had a previous role as an engineer or a technical product manager
Commercial judgement: You can spot where AI will create meaningful impact (time saved, quality improvements, revenue impact, risk reduction), and you’re ruthless about focusing on the highest-value opportunities rather than chasing novelty. You likely will have also had another role in either commercial / strategy / consulting
Operator who thrives cross-functionally: You build trust quickly, work well with a wide range of teams and seniorities, and can translate between “what the business needs” and “what a system can do”. You are a great project manager, that can get things done efficiently
Outcome-obsessed and pragmatic: You care about shipping improvements that stick
not AI for AI’s sake. You think in terms of adoption, change management, measurement, and iteration
Structured problem solver: You can break messy workflows into clear steps, define success metrics, and run a pipeline from discovery and prototype to rollout and refinement
