As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our internal capability development programmes. Working closely with senior leaders, consultants and technical experts across the business, you will help design and deliver learning experiences that strengthen consulting, technical and leadership capability across our teams.
This is a hands-on role within a growing consulting environment where you will combine learning design, facilitation and stakeholder partnership to bring our learning strategy to life.
You will help evolve InformedACADEMY©, our internal development framework, creating engaging learning experiences that support career progression, enable our people to develop professionally, and ensure our teams stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working closely with leaders and subject matter experts, is curious about how people learn and perform at their best, and is motivated by the opportunity to build learning capability in an ambitious and growing organisation.
We are looking for someone with experience supporting learning and capability development in a professional services, consulting, technology or similarly knowledge-led environment.
You will ideally bring:
· Experience designing and delivering professional skills or capability development programmes. · Experience partnering with senior stakeholders or business leaders to identify learning needs. · Strong understanding of modern learning design approaches, including blended learning and digital learning tools. · Experience managing and administering Learning Management Systems (Absorb). · Experience evaluating learning impact and continuously improving programmes. · Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence across different levels of an organisation. · Good commercial awareness and an understanding of how capability development supports business performance.
Ideally, you will hold a CIPD qualification (or equivalent), although we are happy to support the right candidate in achieving this.
