Provide oversight and take ownership to deliver district financial targets including APBITA, revenue, profit and P&L.
Understand performance metrics and data including key levers to improve margins.
Enable ongoing development of Operations Managers via effective evaluations, coaching, goal-setting, and cross-region knowledge sharing.
Coach and mentor all levels of district colleagues by using available talent tools.
Invest in district-level staff development by modeling effective ride-a-longs, audits, skip-level conversations, annual reviews, improvement plans, etc.
Manage recruiting efforts including interviewing, hiring and onboarding to ensure appropriate staffing levels and talent bench strength.
Lead and drive organization values through quality of service, relationships and teamwork.
Plan and lead effective team meetings for building camaraderie and sharing best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of field services management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Business operations experience.
Business acumen.
Skill in managing and leading assigned projects
understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings.
Skill in written and verbal communications, including public speaking.
