Define and deliver the product features for development of fiat and crypto deposit and withdrawal flows, including the integration of new payment methods (e.g., bank transfers, cards, e-wallets, PSPs), and optimize the payment backoffice platform for operation efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, compliance, and operations—to deliver seamless user experiences throughout the payment journey.
Identify and prioritize pain points in current payment flows; propose and implement improvements to increase the transaction volume, optimize the service efficiency, enhance API usability, reduce frictions, and improve user satisfaction for the payment ecosystem.
Design and host the market research, user surveys, scenarios, and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), as well as user stories, that enable engineers to begin development with minimal clarification.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in product management.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
Strong interest or foundational knowledge in digital payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure.
Passionate about optimizing user experience and solving real-world pain points through product design and cash flows.
Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate across teams and translate user needs into actionable product solutions.
