Lead the vision and execution of a global, campaign-based merchandising platform that powers the discovery and promotion of Airbnb’s offerings and promotions.
Drive the orchestration of targeted, measurable campaigns.
Partner with creative and operations teams to launch tentpole and regional initiatives.
Leverage AI to optimize campaign development and efficiency.
Define and measure campaign performance, revenue lift, and guest engagement.
Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users.
Requirements
8+ years of product management experience, ideally in building platforms and campaign based marketing technology or ads /promotions systems.
Familiarity with AI automation in campaign management.
Track record of driving incremental revenue and scaling global programs.
Entrepreneurial experience of taking an idea to reality.
Demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment.
Desire to do individual contributor product management work.
