Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for our clients — by phone and in writing
Independently manage and service the insurance portfolio for commercial clients
Prepare and develop quotes for new business and renewals/replacements
Prepare client meetings and support our sales team
Communicate and coordinate with insurers and partners
Assist in processing and handling claims
Ensure high service quality and reliable customer support
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the insurance sector (e.g., Insurance Clerk / Insurance and Finance Clerk) or a comparable commercial qualification (m/f/d)
Initial experience in commercial clients, property, or liability insurance is an advantage but not required
Structured and independent working style
Strong service and customer orientation
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Interest in continuously developing your professional expertise
