Ensure smooth, high-quality, and timely operational performance
Analyze, optimize, and standardize existing business processes
Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency
Support the strategic development of the business unit
Contribute to resource and personnel planning
Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams
Manage projects for process improvement and digitalization
Monitor relevant KPIs and derive appropriate actions
Ensure high service and quality standards
Work closely with adjacent departments (e.g., IT, Sales, Product Management, Software Development, Service)
Support client projects and maintain key business relationships
Represent the company at industry events when required
Report directly to the Head of the Digital Prescription Center (including acting as deputy)

University degree or equivalent commercial or technical vocational training
Several years of professional experience in an operational leadership role, ideally in a service
or process-oriented environment
Experience leading employees and/or managers
Proven track record in process optimization, automation, or project management
Technical understanding and affinity for digital solutions
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills
High self-initiative, structured working style, and decisiveness
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
Very good German language skills and confident use of MS Office
