About this role
Role Overview
- Advise our customers in the pharmacy sector on our IXOS software
- Conduct customer appointments, including professional preparation and follow-up training
- Act as an experienced, trusted advisor for customers
- Provide telephone customer support and assist colleagues
Requirements
- Completed training as a Pharmaceutical-Technical Assistant (PTA) or as a Pharmaceutical-Commercial Assistant (PKA)
- Ideally some prior knowledge of IXOS
- Meticulous, structured and systematic working style
- Enjoy interacting with customers
- Flexibility and willingness to work in the field
- Valid driving licence (Class 3/B)
