About this role
Role Overview
Actively prospect and develop new business partners
Expand Instituto Ludwig & Poloni's presence in executive search projects
Generate opportunities, initiate relationships with companies, and convert inquiries into structured projects
Actively prospect new companies and business opportunities
Build relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, directors, investors)
Identify needs related to executive recruitment and leadership
Present the Institute's services in a consultative manner
Prepare and deliver commercial proposals
Conduct strategic follow-ups until project closure
Manage the opportunity pipeline and commercial targets
Work in partnership with the Institute's leadership on business expansion
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in services or consulting
Active commercial profile (hunter) with a strong ability to open new markets
Strong communication, listening skills, and ability to influence
Organized and disciplined in sales funnel management
Results
and target-oriented
Interest or experience in the hospitality sector is a plus
