Enterprise Architect, Innovation

Role Overview

• Lead the evolution of systems architecture
• Facilitate innovation and foresight discussions across the organization
• Conduct technology and environmental monitoring
• Contribute to innovation project calls and proposals
• Coordinate and federate initiatives across the company
• Manage pilot projects and experiments
• Structure and channel initiatives related to the use of Artificial Intelligence
• Urbanize the internal information system
• Support business project owners

Requirements

• Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Experience in some or all of the following areas: information systems, data architecture, security, digital identity, mobility, cloud, Agile
• Around ten years of experience in systems design or five years' varied experience in information systems
• Proven experience in innovation initiatives
• Knowledge of TOGAF methodology and/or IT/IS urbanization
• Curious and open to new technologies and approaches
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, including the ability to justify architectural choices
• Good writing skills
• Rigorous, methodical and able to explain complex concepts clearly
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Fluent English
