Analyze user journeys (insured users and healthcare professionals) to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
Propose innovative, accessible UX solutions in collaboration with product, engineering and business teams
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (RGAA, WCAG) and UX best practices
Contribute to the definition of new features by integrating accessibility considerations from the design phase
Collaborate with development teams to ensure mockups and deliverables meet UX and accessibility standards
Conduct user tests (including with people with disabilities) and iterate based on feedback
Raise awareness across teams on accessibility and UX issues
Work closely with project, communications, support and business-intelligence teams to align UX objectives with technical and business constraints
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Interaction Design, UX/UI, Ergonomics, or equivalent
Proven experience in UX Design, with a specialization in digital accessibility (knowledge of RGAA, WCAG)
Experience in healthcare, public services or consumer digital solutions is a plus
Proficiency with design tools (Figma) and user-testing methodologies
Ability to translate business and technical requirements into concrete, inclusive UX solutions
Accessibility expertise: ability to synthesize and prioritize actions from audits and to design and advocate for accessible solutions
Analytical and synthesis skills: able to prioritize and justify UX decisions
Collaboration and pedagogical skills: capable of raising awareness and uniting diverse stakeholders around UX issues
Rigor and autonomy: able to manage multiple projects in parallel with a methodical approach
Proactive mindset: innovate while respecting technical and regulatory constraints
Interpersonal skills: empathy, ease in building relationships and the ability to persuade
