Conduct research on emerging legal technology and AI tools (e.g., generative AI)
Assist with evaluation and pilot support for new innovation initiatives, including testing workflows and documenting findings
Support development of internal materials such as playbooks, process documentation, training guides, and executive summaries
Analyze market trends, vendor offerings, and competitor activity in legal innovation and AI
Help gather feedback from attorneys and business professionals and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
Collaborate with Innovation team members on special projects and client-facing initiatives
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree (law, business, computer science, data science, information systems, or related field)
Demonstrated interest in legal innovation, AI, and technology-enabled service delivery
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Comfortable learning new tools and technologies; prior exposure to AI or legal tech is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional, collaborative, and curious mindset
Good judgment and accountability for delivering excellent service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; prior exposure to coding languages and additional tools is a plus
