Develop, coordinate, and facilitate direct social services to patients and their families
Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, and families virtually
Provide crisis intervention services as needed and assess for safety daily
Manage patient/family expectations related to services provided
Document progress according to the treatment plan
Communicate effectively with team members and provide leadership
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in health care
At least two (2) years in a psychiatric setting, preferred
Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent in state practicing
Working knowledge of therapeutic intervention and techniques for all age groups
