Requirements
Comfortable with A/B testing, analytics, and performance metrics, especially on META, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.
Strong eye for storytelling and brand aesthetics, with proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects and similar tools.
Understand the balance between aesthetics and performance, ensuring that creatives are not just visually appealing but also performance/conversion driven.
Know how to tailor and adapt content for digital ad platforms, optimizing for reach, conversions and engagement.
Thrive on seeing your work have an impact and have an explorative, results-driven mindset.
