Provide advice and develop close working relationships with companies
Manage and grow a client portfolio
Promote and disseminate sector-specific training policies
Promote the services offered by the OPCO, as well as various employment and training projects and territorial partnerships
Inform and advise companies on employment and training issues
Support companies in designing, implementing and optimizing funding for their training plans and projects, and assist with associated administrative procedures
Serve as the interface between client companies and internal teams
Act as a liaison between client companies and institutional actors in employment and vocational training
Design and lead thematic workshops in various formats and manage their logistics
Participate in identifying collective needs by region and profession
Contribute to employment and training projects: from needs analysis to evaluation of actions
Maintain partnership relationships with various stakeholders (training providers (OF), institutions, associations, etc.)
Manage and follow up on specific files/cases
Serve as a point of reference for specific missions or schemes
Onboard and train new colleagues
Participate in various internal working groups
Report activities to management and conduct monitoring (economic, regulatory, technical, etc.)
Requirements
University degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Training, or Business Management
At least three years' proven experience in client relations
Experience in business development within the services sector is a plus
Strong knowledge of the employment-training ecosystem and the regulatory framework governing training
Skills in instructional design, skills management, and organizational management
Knowledge of local territories and public policies implemented by actors such as France Travail, Regional authorities, DREETS, and employment centers (Maisons de l’emploi)
Analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and team spirit
Proficient with digital tools, particularly Microsoft Office (Office suite)
