Oversee the daily operations of the Casino Cage, safeguarding assets and ensuring compliance with all internal controls, company policies, and state gaming regulations.
Manage, direct, and supervise all cage operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, adherence to procedures, and maintenance of an efficient, secure, and guest-focused work environment.
Maintain control and inventory of currency, coins, checks, related forms, and documentation.
Implement and enforce gaming controls and internal policies in accordance with regulatory standards.
Review and approve departmental reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee recordkeeping and financial documentation within the Cage area.
Evaluate, train, and coach Cage team members to promote performance excellence.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for Cage personnel.
Maintain confidentiality of internal operations and financial data.
Support the Cage Manager in developing and maintaining department goals and initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Five (5) years of Cage experience, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity
Strong knowledge of state gaming regulations related to casino operations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
