About this role
Role Overview
Ensure daily administration and maintenance of the HRIS, primarily using Oracle HCM.
Participate in system configuration and evolution according to business needs.
Manage access rights and ensure the quality and consistency of HR data at an international level.
Support users in incident resolution and provide functional support at levels 1 and 2.
Collaborate with IT, Payroll, and local HR teams to ensure the reliability of processes and reporting.
Contribute to HRIS evolution projects (new modules, automations, integrations with other tools).
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Significant experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in an international context.
Proficiency in Oracle HCM (or another equivalent HRIS with strong adaptability).
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong service orientation, rigor, and ease interacting with multicultural stakeholders.
