Accounting Associate

Role Overview

• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for accounting matters
• Create and maintain the company's financial statements
• Analyze financial statements to detect potential errors or inconsistencies
• Prepare and compile tax return packages in compliance with applicable regulations
• Assist with annual account closings and implement necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of accounting data
• Provide tax advisory support to the firm's clients
• Manage a multi-activity client portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor-level qualification in accounting (Bac +2) or equivalent
• Professional experience as an accounting associate in a firm (apprenticeship and/or first job)
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements
• Ability to analyze financial statements and financial reports
• Solid knowledge of corporate tax filing (liasse fiscale)
• Strong client-service orientation and ability to maintain professional relationships
• Autonomy and thoroughness in work
• Willingness to integrate into a dynamic, supportive team with a genuine intention to commit long-term and a corporate mindset
