About this role

Own category outcomes across the Americas for Promotional Premium Merchandise.
Set the category vision, supplier panel strategy, governance model, and performance standards.
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver multi-year savings, profitability, and risk management results.
Define category roadmaps, supplier panel design, and operating rhythm (QBRs, performance standards).
Lead high-impact commercial frameworks: rebates/fees, rate-card strategies, indexation, service-level credits, and implementation controls.
Influence Account Leadership and buying team adoption; resolve conflicts between speed, cost, quality, and compliance.

12+ years in procurement/category leadership, preferably with marketing materials, packaging, print, displays, or premiums.
Demonstrated leadership across complex stakeholder networks and supplier markets.
