Prepare results presentations for Operations and monitor follow-up actions;
Interact with Process and Development areas;
Design workflows and define/distribute the service routing/cadence by cell/team;
Analyze and review performance and process reports (to propose improvements);
Liaise with Process, Projects and IT teams;
Test and validate Projects, Simulators and new processes;
Daily evaluate, validate, standardize and monitor content and communication flows used in the channel, ensuring they are clear, strategic and compliant with internal rules and policies;
Ensure flows are smooth and that customers have a good experience with the bot;
Perform weekly functional and quality tests on bots after deployment;
Conduct market benchmarking every two months (bimonthly) focused on increasing retention in the bot and in the app.
Requirements
Education level compatible with the position applied for. (See “Annex I
Career Guide” in the Compensation Policy)
Not currently participating in another selection process.
For Group A: must not have declined a promotion in the last 3 months.
Not have failed selection for the same position in the last 30 days.
Meet the minimum required tenure in the role and employment, as per the Compensation Policy.
For operational positions:
No disciplinary measures (warning/suspension) in the last 4 months
Be in the Diamond, Gold or Silver groups for the last 3 closed months (excluding the current and previous month).
For management positions: must not have received a suspension in the past year.
