Plan monthly sales to ensure target achievement, drive product category development and improve customer performance.
Conduct market analyses considering competitors, market share, channel and customer performance, and propose strategic action plans.
Manage budget, expenses and Cooperative Advertising Allowance (VPC), supervising logistical and financial billing processes.
Collaborate with Trade Marketing to develop promotions, incentives, training and reseller events.
Manage a customer portfolio, optimizing resources, monitoring sales and inventory performance (sell-in/sell-out), and adjusting credit limits based on analysis.
Prospect new customers and develop channel-specific solutions and trends.
Manage customer orders by forecasting demand, negotiating order inclusion and advancement to support shipment planning.
Participate in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS / EAI).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing.
Previous experience in consumer goods sales, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
Strong knowledge of commercial processes in the retail channel.
Familiarity with contract management, financial mathematics and taxation.
Intermediate proficiency with Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
