- Complete PA entries for judgments and settlement awards;
- Draft various court submissions and legal opinions;
- Update court decisions in the client's system;
- Request appellate costs/fees;
- Prepare calculations of amounts due under judgments.
Requirements
- Law degree;
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Desire for continuous professional growth;
- Affinity with the practice area (banking law).
