Role Overview
- Drafting legal pleadings, including answers/defenses, motions for clarification (embargos de declaração), inominado appeal (recurso inominado), and appeals.
- The professional will be responsible for working in high-volume operations, focusing on the preparation of legal pleadings while ensuring technical quality, standardization, and adherence to deadlines.
Requirements
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
- Active CNPJ (company registration) to operate under the PJ contracting model.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience drafting legal pleadings in high-volume operations.
