About this role
Role Overview
Manage and organize contracts, payments, and disbursements to partners.
Execute and review bank reconciliations and financial transactions.
Manage cash flow, and fixed and variable expenses.
Use and maintain up-to-date records in Zoho Books and Zoho Sign.
Prepare financial reports and support strategic decision-making.
Manage administrative and accounting files in Zoho WorkDrive.
Support executive management in internal audits and international expansion processes.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
5+ years of experience in financial and administrative management.
Proficiency with digital tools (Zoho Books, Zoho Sign, WorkDrive, Excel/Sheets).
Organized, reliable, and results-oriented profile.
Clear communication skills and strategic vision.
Intermediate technical English is desirable.
Advantage: Experience with technology companies or international services.
Knowledge of compliance and audit processes.
