Act as the HR Business Partner for assigned areas, gaining a deep understanding of the business, its challenges and key metrics;
Support leaders on people management topics such as organizational design, performance management, succession, development and engagement;
Contribute to the implementation of corporate strategies by translating directives into practical actions alongside the business areas;
Analyze people-related data and KPIs (turnover, engagement/climate, productivity and costs), supporting fact-based decision making;
Serve as a change agent in organizational transformation, continuous improvement and innovation projects;
Advise leaders on the application of HR policies, practices and processes, ensuring consistency and governance;
Facilitate strategic discussions, organizational diagnostics and workshops with leadership teams;
Work collaboratively with HR specialty areas (Compensation, Development, Culture and Talent Acquisition);
Contribute to a positive employee experience aligned with RD’s value proposition.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields;
Previous experience as an Internal Consultant / HR Business Partner;
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset;
Business acumen and understanding of operational and financial metrics;
Excellent communication, influencing skills and ability to build relationships across levels of the organization;
Consultative, proactive profile with a solution-oriented approach;
Experience working in dynamic, high-growth and transformational environments.
