Develop and maintain comprehensive sales enablement toolkits, including pitch decks, demo narratives, and objection handling frameworks, empowering our sales team to effectively communicate Alva's value.
Create and refine competitive battlecards, enabling the sales team to confidently address challenges and highlight Alva's unique strengths.
Structure Alva's product narrative across various personas and use cases, ensuring consistent messaging in all customer-facing materials, from website copy to sales communications.
Plan and execute end-to-end product launches, defining target audiences, crafting compelling messaging, and aligning internal teams for successful market introductions.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop adoption and retention messaging, ensuring customers understand and engage with Alva's solutions throughout their journey.
Analyse win/loss data and customer feedback to continuously refine product positioning and messaging, ensuring alignment with market needs.
Partner with Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify deal roadblocks and develop targeted solutions, improving sales effectiveness.
Requirements
Experience in product marketing, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry.
A proven track record in sales enablement, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and value messaging.
Experience partnering with product, sales, and customer success teams.
Proficiency in creating high-impact sales assets.
Knowledge of sales methodologies and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate product capabilities into customer value.
