About this role
Role Overview
Design and develop cutting-edge hardware building blocks for our future systems
Prototype, develop and optimize electronic circuits for our drones
Integrate payloads (sensors and actuators) on board the drones
Design complex digital and RF electronic schematics and printed circuit boards (PCBs)
Perform electronic simulations to validate design choices
Collaborate with R&D teams for the integration of electronic components
Design and optimize power and energy management systems, including batteries
Program microcontrollers in C for testing electronic systems
Execute prototype validation tests
Analyze and resolve technical issues encountered during design and testing
Write technical documentation
Stay up to date with technological developments in electronics and RF
Share and document knowledge
Requirements
Master's degree or engineering degree (Bac+5 equivalent)
5 years' experience in electronics, RF, telecom systems, and optical sensors
Proficiency in electronic design tools
Experience programming microcontrollers in C for electronic board validation
Expertise in designing high-performance electronic boards
Good knowledge of electronic components, quality standards and industrial processes
Knowledge of battery technologies and battery management systems (BMS)
Ability to work in a team, with strong rigor and attention to detail
Good knowledge of radio and telecom system integration
Prototyping skills and agility
Familiarity with EMC is a plus
Proficiency in English
Autonomous with strong communication skills
